Return Policy

At Dance Fever Footwear & Accessories, we want every dancer to feel confident and comfortable in their shoes. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy makes it simple.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for another size or style, we will send the replacement at no extra charge (customer only pays to ship the item back).

4. Refunds

  • If you request a refund instead of an exchange:
  • A $5 restocking fee and $11 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged shoes.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
