Return policy is: customer is resposible for return. If another shoe is requested, we don't charge anything additional. However, if a REFUND is requested, we retain $5 for restocking + $11 for shipping.
Our shoes are true to size, unless one has a wide(r) foot. Please order accordingly!
Our customers are responsible for returning the unworn shoes to us. Upon receipt, we will provide a complete refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and a $3 card processing fee), OR we will ship out a new/corrected size at no additional cost to the customers.
Dance Fever Footwear & Accessories (DFF) ships shoes via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Mailings happen on Wednesdays and Saturdays...unless there's a request specifically agreed upon between the parties. If there is a claim of undelivered or defective product, it must be submitted via email, within 30 days of purchase. Any and all claims will be reviewed in an expeditious and transparent manner, with the findings to be shared with all parties involved. DFF shall not be deemed responsible for items damaged by the shipping service.
