Our shoes are true to size, unless one has a wide(r) foot. Please order accordingly!
Our customers are responsible for returning the unworn shoes to us. Upon receipt, we will provide a complete refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), OR we will ship out a new/corrected size at no additional cost to our customers.
Dance Fever Footwear & Accessories (DFF) ships shoes via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Mailings happen on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If there is a claim of undelivered or defective product, it must be submitted via email. Any and all claims will be reviewed in an expeditious and transparent manner, with the findings to be shared with all parties involved. DFF shall not be deemed responsible for items damaged by the shipping service.
